头痛。。。that's it?

Nah.

It's like watching a wet painted wall to dry...I'm bored.

What's wrong?

I find myself having symptoms of Hypomania...

1. I find myself reading five books at once. (10+ articles in my case)
2. I can’t concentrate.
3. I find myself talking faster than usual. (No one I can talk to, I talk to myself)
4. I feel irritable.
5. I’m hungry all the time.
6. Friends tell me that I’m crabby.
7. I need to move around because I have more energy than usual

It's suggested doing these things will help in reducing symptoms and maintaining wellness...

1. talk to a supportive person
2. get a full eight hours of sleep (haven't had any for more than a month)
3. cut back on your activities
4. attend a support group
5. call your doctor or therapist
6. do something fun or creative
7. take time for yourself to relax and unwind
8. write in your journal
9. exercise (I've stopped my daily 1 hour swmimming for a month)
10. ask for extra help from loved ones
11. cut back on sugar, alcohol, and caffeine (I've more than 3 cups of coffee + tea per day)
12. increase your exposure to light
13. increase or decrease the stimulation in your environment

Apparently I've done none of the above... Would taking antimanic help?

Self Confidence

Realised I have turned into a negative person, haven't had any constructive self-talk to myself for years...

I miss the old me full of confidence, happy and motivated to do everything, try every new thing, why has Architecture made me into this? I used to scored A's with ease, I have excellent logical thinking, I have my own self discipline, but in this practise, I lost it, all.

Remembered I once talked to Sze Hua before entering architecture, don't look too highly of me, I will try, however am prepared for everything. Yes, now that we can conclude on the conversation, I am such a failure in this...

I try to love my course, my life, my living, but I cannot stop it from pushing me down, I hate it.

I am feeling harder and harder to breathe, go blank everytime I looking at the cad drawings, have no confidence, have no courage to talk to people, I have been looked down, I hate it.

May it just be something period, over, forward the time fast to pass through remaining 1 year 2 months, my only wish now...

Suddenly I miss riding around during wee hours on carless roads of KL city.

Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Next Week, Next Month, Next Year

Yesterday, that was Me.
Today, this is Me.
Tomorrow, that would be Me.
Next Week, that may be Me.
Next Month, that could be Me.
Next Year, that Me.

Yesterday has passed, Today is a brand new day, and I don't know who I'm going to be in the future.

What am I searching in life? What am I going to achieve in life? What do I want in life?

Perspective changing, experience changing, mind changing. Life's changing.

Before and After, Malaysian's way

I was browsing back my old pics, and found some photos which i took last Chirstmas, almost taking up a "seat of waste" in my going-to-explode hard disk.

First time having a street party celebration for a festival, though it must be sounding out of style, but seriously, my first time, haha...

It's really great seeing youngsters playing around, coz I was feeling juvenised, haha...Great crowd, great atmosphere...

Count down began

As the crowd gradually dissolved, I noticed on the streets, five foot ways, lot and lots of these...

Erm...I guess the party was a great one, everyone was having cool fun, and it ended in style - Typical Malaysian's Style.

SOS Phone

I guess everyone who ever drives, on any highway, would recognise this device at the first sight.

Yes, a SOS phone, solar energy powered, used as an emergency contact mean for the highway users.

And, last Saturday, I had the first ever chance, in my 6 years driving history to use this so called "SOS" phone.

I was driving, and suddenly feeling the power of the car was gone, and the next moment, the indication of low black oil is highlighted at the meter... I knew something's not right, right away I stopped over my car at the road side, right beside a SOS phone.

Confirming my car is down, i immediately tried to contact the highway office for help. And to my HUGE surprise, this solar powered SOS phone was not responding to any buttons I pressed on, even when I eventually got violent onto it, haha...Yay, the phone is not functioning, under a big huge shinny day!!!

Well...I gotta end up waiting for more than 1 1/2 hours that the patrol of the highway company finally arrived... And I got no help, as my car black oil's gasket was broken, and the price? Rm160.00 for the tow, and yet-unknown repairs for the car and effected engine parts...

I got no blame for the sucking gasket, yet I can't figure out a solar powered device that doesn't work under sun... I thought getting an A in STPM physics should be able to rightfully and scientifically explain this, however I couldn't at the spot, and still can't at the moment. Could you?

New Gears

Got myself some new gears in June and July...

1. Nike 3.0

A gift for my feet after my 6 years-old Nike gone completely torn to rags. I am feeling light, down to earth, I love the intimate feel to my feet.

2. Nokia 5800 Express MusicStupidly washed my Sony Erricsson in the water during the Vietnam trip. Had enough with the constant shutting down of SE, constant cut off of conversations, and constant 'no line' status, I blood washed my wallet again for this damn cool, 970 bucks, organiser, gps, wifi server, photos brower, music player all-in-1 touch screen phone.

I reckon I-phone user would be so frustrated seeing this 'cheap' phone compared to their 2.5k gadget, which does so earthly little when putting aside to this 5800xm.

I never again oversleep, thanks to the pleasing 'Summer Snow' alarm tone from its decent speaker.

3. Nikon SB-600
I always wanting for a external flash, for my micro photography, outdoor portraiture and indoor studio lighting.

And now I got it, at the such bargain price that I wouldn't even get it in the piratic market of Petaling Street (if Petaling Street were to sell Nikan Sb-600)!!!.

450 bucks, for a 2 years old, yet brand new condition flash, comparing to the brand new of 900 bucks, rewards for my untiring searching for this, I guess. :)

The Nikon-SB600 wrapped up my shopping which started way ahead of Malaysia Mega Sales. I am a shopaholic. @'.'@

Farewell My Loved One

It's has been more than 3 months since She was put in the shops for sell, and I know the day would be coming...

Now, leaving me She is... The first one was kidnapped, and didnt even call up for the ransom, and now She is leaving me after I got replacement for her last year.

I know I couldn't give you the best of mine, and do hope your next stop would be someone who love you, and be with you everyday.

Day 1 Vietnam, Hanoi

Happy day, in the mist of H1N1 worldwide. (it was 3 weeks ago, no death had been reported then), because I am on the way to Vietnam!!! :D

It was proposed that we cancel the trip, as the condition of H1N1 was worsening, however, on the way to LCCT, I know I'm not gonna miss the trip, hehe..

Our flight was early morning at 6.30am, thus we arrived in airport, without any sleep... doing last minute effort to complete the travel guide research for Vietnam. :p

3 hours flight from Kl to Hanoi, sleepy and laid back throughout the whole fly, haha... Landing on Hanoi International Airport, which is surrounded by vast green of padi fields... it is simply amazing, yet eyes soothing. :)

因为我的无私，我是去了可能是2/3的机会。但我的良心告诉自己我不能自私，对主的信任，对别人的爱，我做到了，但我不开心。

虽说做好事不求回报，无私的帮助应该是建立在没有任何利益交易上的，但我的无私却是把我的竞争者方在和我同一条起跑点上，在别人的眼里，我应该是笨蛋吧。。。

在现今的社会里，无私的人，应该是被视为怪物，傻瓜，笨蛋，也不是成功的料，怪不得成功的人都是冷酷无情的，怪不得我不是个成功的人。

悲。

Tired, yet Refreshed

Just got back from Vietnam, feeling unwell now, as the sun was burning me. Yet an interesting trip.

Going back to Pontian this afternoon, will update on the trip next week. 2000++ photos to be arranged, that gonna take a long long time. :p

Maxx has a friend, just opened her modeling agency company. In conjunction with this, she invited photographer to go her studio for photo shooting. Happy, because shooting free and pretty models, haha...

First time studio shooting, without flash, such a terrible experience...
