What's wrong?
1. I find myself reading five books at once. (10+ articles in my case)
2. I can’t concentrate.
3. I find myself talking faster than usual. (No one I can talk to, I talk to myself)
4. I feel irritable.
5. I’m hungry all the time.
6. Friends tell me that I’m crabby.
7. I need to move around because I have more energy than usual
It's suggested doing these things will help in reducing symptoms and maintaining wellness...
1. talk to a supportive person
2. get a full eight hours of sleep (haven't had any for more than a month)
3. cut back on your activities
4. attend a support group
5. call your doctor or therapist
6. do something fun or creative
7. take time for yourself to relax and unwind
8. write in your journal
9. exercise (I've stopped my daily 1 hour swmimming for a month)
10. ask for extra help from loved ones
11. cut back on sugar, alcohol, and caffeine (I've more than 3 cups of coffee + tea per day)
12. increase your exposure to light
13. increase or decrease the stimulation in your environment
Apparently I've done none of the above... Would taking antimanic help?
+u+U...

Self Confidence
I miss the old me full of confidence, happy and motivated to do everything, try every new thing, why has Architecture made me into this? I used to scored A's with ease, I have excellent logical thinking, I have my own self discipline, but in this practise, I lost it, all.
Remembered I once talked to Sze Hua before entering architecture, don't look too highly of me, I will try, however am prepared for everything. Yes, now that we can conclude on the conversation, I am such a failure in this...
I try to love my course, my life, my living, but I cannot stop it from pushing me down, I hate it.
I am feeling harder and harder to breathe, go blank everytime I looking at the cad drawings, have no confidence, have no courage to talk to people, I have been looked down, I hate it.
May it just be something period, over, forward the time fast to pass through remaining 1 year 2 months, my only wish now...
Suddenly I miss riding around during wee hours on carless roads of KL city.

Cross Time

Had a dream, where I was somewhere in China during Ming Dynasty. I met the princess, and we had adventures across the time, until 21st century...
Haha... Cross Time! Btw, Cross Time is one of my O2Jam favourites. :D

Christmas Card

Front and back cover photos, simple design. And what made it so special? Because it's from Zaha Hadid.
Well...I thought Zaha Hadid's Christmas card should have been another piece of deconstruction art. :p

New Gears
A gift for my feet after my 6 years-old Nike gone completely torn to rags. I am feeling light, down to earth, I love the intimate feel to my feet.2. Nokia 5800 Express Music
Stupidly washed my Sony Erricsson in the water during the Vietnam trip. Had enough with the constant shutting down of SE, constant cut off of conversations, and constant 'no line' status, I blood washed my wallet again for this damn cool, 970 bucks, organiser, gps, wifi server, photos brower, music player all-in-1 touch screen phone.I reckon I-phone user would be so frustrated seeing this 'cheap' phone compared to their 2.5k gadget, which does so earthly little when putting aside to this 5800xm.
I never again oversleep, thanks to the pleasing 'Summer Snow' alarm tone from its decent speaker.
3. Nikon SB-600
I always wanting for a external flash, for my micro photography, outdoor portraiture and indoor studio lighting. And now I got it, at the such bargain price that I wouldn't even get it in the piratic market of Petaling Street (if Petaling Street were to sell Nikan Sb-600)!!!.
450 bucks, for a 2 years old, yet brand new condition flash, comparing to the brand new of 900 bucks, rewards for my untiring searching for this, I guess. :)
The Nikon-SB600 wrapped up my shopping which started way ahead of Malaysia Mega Sales. I am a shopaholic. @'.'@

Mother's Day @ Pick n Brew
We had dinner at Pick n Brew, coz I tried once, and I love food over there very much. There was a Mother's Day promotion, for order 3 dinner set, and get another set for free, with an extra 'food tart' (I seriously didn't know what the heck was that).
So... these were what we had.

After our dinner, my sis and I were asked to go to the kitchen, to prepare for the 'food tart'. This was it, loving tarts for the Mum, haha...

Happy Mother's Day. :)

Blurry Weekend

Men and Women in concentration are the most handsome and pretty. Photo kaki.
Back home at around 3am, and slept one round of clock running, 3pm...>.<" Was blur and lost the whole Saturday, and experiencing the same on Sunday, on a comparably mild condition.
I miss the days when I could work non-stop rushing for submissions on a one day one hour sleep basis... I am an old man alr...=.="
The worst was, I almost forgot Chimin's, Liqi's and Kate's birthdays. Sorry guys.
Blurry weekend... I hate weekend blue.

Pontian, Missing so
I could have been in PC Fair for the showgirls photo shooting.
I could have been in Genting for theme park and casino-ing.
I could have been lepak-ing in KL hunting for foods, and places of interest.
I could have been playing games till late night, sleeping till late noon, and clubbing till early morning.
I could have been jogging in the morning, lazy-ing in the afternoon, supper with members in nights.
But, this week, I would just love to back home for this four days.
Home sweet home.

Earth Hour 2009 @ Look Out Point
Was in Ampang, when Eric sms and said that he could not make it, as he was in KLIA, flying aeroplanes. >.< So, ended up Chimin and I went on for the photo shooting.
Kuala Lumpur in the lights
KLCC switching off the lights
KLCC in dim
Kuala Lumpur in dim
Back to the lighting world
After the Look Out Point, we heading towards KLCC for the night shooting, for the first time.

KLCC in the wind
KLCC in the water
While Chimin was taking pictures at the junction, I had some panning shoots.

D70 @ Jalan Ampang

p/s: I overheard a conversation, it was a Mum talking to the daughter: "It is such a shame that only big coorperation involved in this activity, while most of the residential are still on lights."
After looking back to the pictures I took, I think she is totally wrong. Though it is the very first time Malaysia as part of the global vote in the Earth Hour, I believe and confident that Malaysia, Malaysian has taken to the next level in term of environmental awareness and maturity, but not politics. No, not, nope, sorry.

Waiting waiting...
When will the event start...?
